visited my parents for the weekend in texas, probably 5 weeks after getting my Z. I was living in Arkansas at the time.
washed the car, detailed it inside and out. Probably spent 12 hours on the car. But I had to head back to Arkansas the next morning.
I left the car in the garage over night, and went to pull it out and load it up, when my passanger side window wouldn't close. It was stuck open.
After cursing, my father and I hightailed it to HomeDepot and got a sheet of lexan. We made a make shift window. I even painted flames on it for fun.Halfway to Arkansas, I was diddling my car and noticed this funny little button on my drivers door. Sure enough, it was the window lock button. So there I was doing 70+ up a interstate freeway playing with my now functioning window... which promptly pushed enough of my lexan makeshift window to be sucked right off of my car. This 91cm x 45cm piece of lexan fluttering in the air behind me. I laughed pretty hard at my ignorance of the window lock button. But I am 100% positive that I am not the only one. (and yes, I took pictures of my makeshift 'flamed' window for posterity.)
